Everything you need to know before booking your premium self-drive experience in Coimbatore.
You must provide a valid Driving License (Original has to be presented during pickup) and a secondary government-approved ID like Aadhaar Card or Passport. The driver must be at least 21 years old.
We offer two options for security: either submit a active two-wheeler (scooter/motorcycle) along with its keys during pickup, or pay a refundable cash/online security deposit of Rs. 10,000. The deposit is fully refunded within 24 hours of returning the vehicle safely.
We follow a 'Like-to-Like' fuel policy. The car will be handed over to you with a specific level of fuel (usually full or half-full), and you are expected to return it with the same level. If returned with less fuel, charges matching the market fuel cost plus a minor service fee will apply.
For customer safety and to comply with highway authority standards, all our vehicles are restricted to a maximum speed limit of 90 km/h or 100 km/h depending on the car class. Exceeding this limit triggers speed alert warnings and may incur penalties.
Each vehicle has an allocated daily KM limit of 300 km/day. Any additional distance travelled beyond this limit will be charged at a flat rate per KM (e.g., Rs. 8/km for Alto, Rs. 20/km for Thar Roxx), calculated at the end of the trip and adjusted from the deposit.
